With our specially adapted machines, we take 3D printing to the next level. We are specialized in manufacturing smallest channels and minimal wall thicknesses. In this way, we can create highly functional components which are not possible with traditional manufacturing methods. Through additional topology optimization, we are playing with physics. Changing natural frequencies and heat transfer, invisible material reinforcements are just a few examples of what is possible. In general, there are of course the following advantages: 

  • Design freedom - creating complex geometries that would not be possible through traditional manufacturing
  • Complex shapes - optimization of the internal structure through special grids and bionic shapes with less material
  • Time saving - production in days/weeks instead of months
  • Weight saving - topology optimization leads to minimization of weight

In addition to fluid-dynamic measuring systems, we also build integral components with inherent functions. A popular example of this is components with complex cooling structures.
