Biography
Josef Kranawetvogl has been Senior Vice President at STARK since June 2024. In his role, he is responsible for STARK’s business development with a focus on Germany and Ukraine. His military career began in 2006 when he joined the German Armed Forces and completed the 96th Officer Training Course at the German Air Force Officer School. Josef Kranawetvogl studied aerospace engineering at the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich, specializing in hypersonic applications (M.Sc.), and military leadership and security studies (M.A.) at the University of the German Armed Forces in Hamburg. After several leadership positions in the fighter aircraft branch and numerous foreign assignments in Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia, Josef Kranawetvogl completed the 17th National General/Admiral Staff Officer Course of the German Armed Forces. Before joining STARK, Josef Kranawetvogl was responsible for space security policy at the German Ministry of Defense and civil-military cooperation in the space domain between the German Armed Forces Space Command and the German Space Agency at the German Aerospace Center.

Biography
Dr. Marco Stuhlpfarrer is Co-Founder, Chief Engineer and VP Technology & Innovation at ERC System, a Munich-based aviation startup developing hybrid-electric VTOL aircraft for critical missions, including patient, passenger and cargo transport. With a strong background in aircraft and helicopter aerodynamics and development, he brings extensive expertise across both research and industry. His work focuses on advancing innovative aircraft concepts, aerodynamic design and the technical development of future aviation technologies.
