Next Growth Phase: Vectoflow Appoints Stefanie Hach as Co-CEO

Vectoflow has expanded its executive leadership team by appointing Stefanie Hach as Co-Chief Executive Officer. The company is among Europe’s leading manufacturers of aerodynamic measurement systems, with solutions used in drones, aircraft and beyond. Within the Co-CEO structure, Stefanie Hach will lead the company’s commercial, organizational, and strategic development alongside CEO and Co-founder Dr. Christian Haigermoser.
Stefanie Hach joined Vectoflow in February 2025 as Chief Commercial Officer and has since driven the company’s go-to-market transformation, with a focus on an enhanced sales structure as well as a new brand identity. Under her leadership, Vectoflow doubled its order intake year-over-year and successfully established itself as a serial supplier of advanced flow measurement probes within the defense sector.
With a clear focus on scalable growth, Vectoflow is now entering its next development phase. As Co-CEO, Stefanie Hach will drive the build-up of scalable structures at the intersection of technology, market, and organization. Her priorities include sustainable revenue growth, further development of organizational capabilities and culture, and positioning Vectoflow as a European champion in safety-critical measurement technology.

The shareholders, including Bayern Kapital, AM Ventures and WN Invest, unanimously appointed Stefanie Hach to the management board.
