VectoFRAP

Capture and analyze high-frequency flow phenomena with a slim, robust design. Equipped with 4 or 5 differential pressure channels, it resolves rapid pressure and velocity fluctuations for high-resolution spectral analysis.

Kiel Probes

Vectoflow’s Kiel Pressure Probe is a high-performance pressure probe designed to measure total pressure accurately, even at extreme angles. Ideal for aerodynamic applications, it combines compact size, high durability, and the flexibility of additive manufacturing.

Multihole Probes

Vectoflow’s multi-hole probes enable simultaneous measurement of air velocity, angle of attack, static and total pressure, and total temperature in a single, customizable probe. Built via additive manufacturing for robustness and geometric flexibility, these probes can be tailored in length, tip diameter, materials, and head geometry to match your application. Whether you need a multi-hole pressure probe, a static pressure probe, or a combined temperature probe, the design is adapted and calibrated to your test setup.

Kiel Probes

Vectoflow’s Kiel Temperature Probe is a high-performance temperature probe designed to capture the flow’s total temperature accurately, even at significant angles of attack. It combines durability, compactness, and the design flexibility of additive manufacturing – ideal for aerodynamic and thermal applications.

iProbe

Compact, lightweight, and precise – the iProbe delivers real-time engineering units like velocity, temperature and angles via USB. Designed for both laboratory and field use, it integrates pressure and temperature sensing into one robust system, with onboard data processing and direct output of engineering units. The slim design is compatible with our 5-hole probe head, making it a versatile solution for aerodynamic testing and mobile applications.

Omni-iProbe

Compact, lightweight, and precise – simultaneous angle and velocity data with real-time processing. Vectoflow’s Omni-iProbe is a compact AOA probe that combines a 14-hole omnidirectional head with onboard data processing to deliver angle of attack and velocity in real time. It handles unknown flow directions and backflow up to ±160°.

Omniprobe

Measure AoA, velocity, and pressure across ±160° with a robust, additively manufactured probe: Vectoflow’s Omniprobe is a 14-hole pressure probe engineered for measurements with unknown flow direction or backflow. Built as a monolithic, additively manufactured sensor head, it delivers high-integrity data for aerodynamic studies.

VectoADP Wing

The VectoADP Wing is a fuselage-mounted air data probe designed for aerospace applications, delivering reliable measurements of airspeed and flow angles. It can be equipped with aerodynamic compensation to correct for fuselage-induced flow disturbances, ensuring optimal accuracy. The probe head shape is tailored to the requested speed range, and an integrated heater provides anti-icing capability. Part of Vectoflow’s wing aero products portfolio, it offers robust performance for pitot static tube on aircraft installations.

VectoTAT

Compact TAT probe for precise temperature measurement in aviation: Vectoflow’s TAT probe is a compact and lightweight fuselage-mounted sensor optimized for aerospace use. Equipped with a PT100 sensor for high-precision measurements, it is designed to deliver reliable total air temperature aviation data with minimal deicing heater error. The probe integrates directly with onboard air data systems via a MIL-Spec connector for straightforward installation and operation.
